1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RiderHub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use RiderHub.
These terms apply to the RiderHub mobile app, website, and related services.
2. Service Scope
RiderHub provides motorcycle community, event, route, ride recording, voice room, messaging, profile, digital garage, and subscription features.
Some features may depend on device permissions, internet access, third-party services, your subscription plan, or availability in your region.
3. Age and Account
RiderHub is only for users who are 18 or older. You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and understand that you are responsible for activity on your account.
If you believe your account has been used without permission, contact us immediately.
4. User Content
You may share profile information, posts, comments, messages, routes, events, photos, motorcycle details, and similar content on RiderHub. You are responsible for the content you share.
You keep ownership of your content. You grant RiderHub a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive right to display, store, transmit, technically process, and use that content as needed to operate the service.
Do not share content that violates another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, personality rights, or safety.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
- Harass, threaten, bully, use hate speech, or dox others
- Share explicit, violent, child-exploitation-related, or unsafe content
- Promote illegal street racing, dangerous riding, or traffic violations
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Use spam, bots, fake accounts, or unauthorized advertising
- Share another user's personal information without permission
- Disrupt RiderHub systems or try to bypass security measures
For more detailed community rules, see our Community Guidelines.
6. Riding Safety
RiderHub is a communication and community tool; it does not replace safe riding judgment. You are responsible for following traffic laws, riding carefully, using appropriate safety gear, and stopping safely before interacting with your phone.
RiderHub is not responsible for accidents, injuries, damage, route choices, traffic conditions, or other users' behavior.
7. Voice Rooms, Messaging, and Moderation
Voice rooms and messaging features are subject to our community rules. Room hosts or authorized users may mute participants, change speaking permissions, remove participants, or close rooms.
Users can report content, profiles, messages, routes, events, motorcycles, or other users. Reported content or accounts may be reviewed. Violations may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, content removal, or account closure.
8. Subscriptions and Plans
RiderHub may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans may increase access, limits, or feature availability.
Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and restores are handled under the rules of the App Store, Google Play, or the relevant payment provider. Final price, currency, taxes, promotions, and renewal details are shown on the payment screen.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your RiderHub account. Deleting your RiderHub account may not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; you may need to manage the subscription separately through your store account.
9. Plan Limits
Some features may depend on plan limits. For example, ride recording, media upload, voice room creation, garage limits, messaging, or ride history features may vary by plan.
Plan limits may change. If a change materially affects your experience, we will provide notice through appropriate channels.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
If you violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law, we may restrict, suspend, or close your account. We may also act when needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal risk, or platform integrity.
You may request account deletion from within the app or through support channels.
11. Intellectual Property
The RiderHub name, logo, design, software, interface, and service content belong to RiderHub or the relevant rights holders. You receive only the right to use RiderHub in accordance with these terms.
You may not copy, modify, sell, or misuse the RiderHub brand or any part of the service without permission.
12. Service Changes
We may improve, change, remove, pause, or add features. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or identical on every device.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, RiderHub is not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, lost profits, service interruptions, third-party conduct, route choices, or riding decisions.
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or legal rights that cannot be limited by law.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. For significant changes, we may notify you in-app, by email, or on our website. Continuing to use RiderHub after changes means you accept the updated terms.
