1. Introduction
This disclosure explains the cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies used in the RiderHub app and web services.
Cookies and SDKs may be used for sign-in, security, maps, voice rooms, notifications, subscriptions, error reporting, and app improvement.
2. Technologies We Use
RiderHub may use the following services:
- Supabase: Authentication, database, and file storage.
- LiveKit: Real-time voice room connection. Voice conversations are not recorded.
- RevenueCat: Subscription, entitlement, purchase, and restore management.
- App Store / Google Play: Store payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund processes.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging / APNs: Push notifications and notification routing.
- Google Maps / Places: Maps, location search, route, and event location support.
- PostHog: Product analytics and feature usage understanding.
- GlitchTip / Sentry SDK: Crash and error reporting.
- Web or payment providers: Payment processing only for supported web payment flows.
3. Data That May Be Processed
These technologies may process device information, app version, session details, crash logs, notification tokens, subscription status, map searches, usage events, or error logs.
Full payment card details are not stored on RiderHub servers.
4. Choices
You can manage notification, location, microphone, and tracking permissions from your device settings. Privacy, notification, ride, and analytics preferences inside the app may also affect how related features work.
