1. Parties

SELLER: RiderHub
BUYER: The user who purchases a subscription through RiderHub.

2. Subscription Plans and Pricing

• Solo Rider: Free - Basic access
• Pro Rider: $4.99/month - Advanced features
• Ride Crew: $10.99/month - Full features

Note on Pricing: Prices listed above represent the standard subscription rates. RiderHub reserves the right to modify these prices at its sole discretion at any time. Any increases or changes in pricing will take effect immediately for new subscribers and will be applied to existing subscribers at the beginning of their next billing cycle. Please note that prices may also fluctuate due to active campaigns, seasonal promotions, or the application of discount codes. The final, all-inclusive price will be clearly presented to the BUYER on the secure checkout page prior to the completion of the transaction.

3. Payment & Delivery

Payments are processed through App Store, Google Play, or Stripe. Digital services are delivered immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
