2. Service Description

RiderHub provides digital community and subscription services for motorcycle users. The service may include profile, digital garage, route, event, ride recording, voice room, messaging, notification, and similar features.

Paid plans may provide higher usage limits or additional features compared with the free plan.

3. Price, Tax, and Payment

Current plan price, currency, tax, promotion, renewal, and payment information are shown on the purchase screen. Prices may vary by region, store, and promotion.

Payment is made through the App Store, Google Play, or the supported payment provider.

4. Delivery

The digital service is activated on your app account after payment confirmation. Plan entitlement may take a short time to appear; if needed, you can use the restore or refresh options in the app.

5. Subscription Management

You can manage, cancel, or restore your subscription through the store account used for purchase. Account deletion may not automatically cancel your store subscription.

6. Withdrawal and Refund Information

Digital services may begin immediately after payment. Withdrawal and refund conditions are evaluated according to the purchase channel, store rules, and applicable law.

For App Store or Google Play purchases, refund requests are made through the relevant store.
