By using RiderHub, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We are committed to transparency and want you to understand exactly what data we collect and why.

3.1 Personal Information

  • Account Information: Name, email address, profile picture, and authentication credentials

  • Payment Information: Processed securely through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe. We do not store raw credit card numbers.

3.2 Location Data

We process precise location data only during active rides or when using location-dependent features. The way we handle this data depends on the feature:

  • Real-time Processing (Not Recorded): Location data is processed in real-time for features like sharing your route with your riding group during a ride or finding nearby riders and events. This data is not stored on our servers.
  • Optional Recording (Stored with Consent): If you explicitly enable ride tracking and statistics in the app settings, we will record and store your location history to provide you with personal ride statistics, previous route analysis, and performance tracking.

Important: You can manage your data preferences and disable location features at any time through your device settings or within the app settings.

3.3 Audio Data

Our voice room feature uses real-time audio communication. We do NOT record, store, or retain any audio data. Voice communication is transmitted in real-time using WebRTC technology and is not persisted on any servers.
