Child Safety Standards

1. Commitment

RiderHub is an 18+ platform designed for adult motorcycle users. Child safety is a priority, and we do not allow minors to access the service.

This document explains our child safety standards, reporting channels, and actions we may take when violations occur.

2. Age Limit

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use RiderHub. During registration, users are asked to confirm the age requirement.

If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we may close the account and delete related data.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Any content connected to child exploitation or child sexual abuse
  • Sexual, manipulative, or exploitative conduct targeting minors
  • Content that endangers, encourages harm to, or normalizes harm to children
  • Inviting minors to the platform or helping users bypass the age requirement
  • Sharing private information, images, or locations of minors

This type of content or conduct may result in permanent account closure and, when necessary, reporting to authorities.

4. Safety Features

RiderHub supports user safety through:

  • Reporting for users, content, messages, groups, events, routes, and motorcycles
  • User blocking and content hiding
  • Profile visibility and privacy preferences
  • Voice room join, leave, and room management controls
  • Direct contact channel for safety and community violations

5. Reporting

If you see a child safety concern, report it immediately:

If possible, include the username, content link, date, and a short description.

6. Review and Action

We prioritize child safety reports. When appropriate, we may:

  • Remove content
  • Suspend or close accounts
  • Limit user access
  • Report to authorities or platform providers

7. Parent or Guardian Notice

If you believe your child created a RiderHub account, contact safety@riderhub.app. We will review the account and related data and take appropriate action.
