1. Purpose
RiderHub is designed for motorcycle users to connect in a safe, respectful, and useful community. These rules apply to profiles, posts, comments, messages, groups, events, routes, voice rooms, motorcycle garage content, and other user content.
By using RiderHub, you agree to follow these rules.
2. Age Requirement
RiderHub is only for users who are 18 or older. Minors may not create accounts or use the service. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we may close it.
3. Prohibited Content
The following content is prohibited:
- Sexual content, nudity, pornography, or sexual solicitation
- Child exploitation, content that endangers children, or inappropriate conduct involving minors
- Violence, threats, self-harm encouragement, or graphic violence
- Hate speech, discrimination, or targeted abuse
- Terrorism, extremism, or organization propaganda
- Illegal activity, fraud, forgery, or phishing
- Illegal street racing, dangerous riding, or encouragement of traffic violations
- Sharing another person's private information, address, phone number, license plate, location, or private images without permission
- Copyright, trademark, or personality-rights violations
4. Conduct Rules
On RiderHub:
- Treat other users respectfully.
- Do not harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or dox others.
- Do not impersonate another person or organization.
- Do not use spam, bots, fake accounts, or unauthorized advertising.
- Do not manipulate discussions or knowingly spread false safety information.
- In voice rooms, respect speaking order, room rules, and other riders' safety.
5. Riding Safety
RiderHub is a communication and community tool. It does not replace safe riding judgment.
Follow traffic laws, use appropriate safety gear, stop safely before interacting with your phone, and do not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Content that encourages dangerous riding, speeding, illegal racing, or risky behavior may be removed.
6. Voice Rooms and Messaging
The same community rules apply in voice rooms and messaging. Verbal harassment, threats, explicit speech, disruptive audio, or targeting other users is prohibited.
Room hosts or authorized users may change speaking permissions, remove users, or close rooms.
7. Profiles, Photos, and Motorcycle Garage
Display name, username, bio, profile photo, cover photo, and motorcycle photos must follow these rules.
Profile or garage content may be removed if it includes inappropriate images, hate symbols, misleading identity, trademark violations, or another person's private information.
8. Reporting and Blocking
You can use in-app report, hide, or block options to flag content and users. Reports may be used for posts, comments, messages, users, groups, events, routes, ride records, motorcycles, and similar targets.
Reported content may be hidden locally and reviewed. Blocking limits social interaction with the blocked user.
For urgent safety concerns, contact safety@riderhub.app.
9. Enforcement
Depending on the type and severity of the violation, we may take actions such as:
- Warning
- Removing content or reducing visibility
- Limiting feature access
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account closure
- Reporting to authorities when necessary
For child safety, serious threats, doxxing, terrorism, fraud, or severe illegal activity, we may act without prior warning.
10. Appeals
To appeal a moderation decision, contact appeals@riderhub.app. Include your account, the affected content, and why you believe the decision should be reviewed.
11. Changes
These guidelines may be updated from time to time. For significant changes, we may notify you in-app, by email, or on our website.
